Talk About a Holey Roof!
I was doing a home inspection recently and came across a little problem. A cursory examination of the roof showed wear, but upon closer examination this hole was discovered. There was also water damage inside the attic and the house. The prospective buyer was able to negotiate the price to include repairs needed to bring the house up to current code (there were other issues). The buyer was very happy with the job McFadden Inspections did for him.
