I was not expecting to find fire damage when I showed up for this home inspection in Sunrise! This was a foreclosure an investor was interested in buying. He hired McFadden Inspections to find out the extent of the damage and the estimated cost to make repairs. The house also had a water leak and electrical issues. The buyer was able to negotiate an acceptable price to allow for repairs and improvements and still make a profit on the resale.
